Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors
Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors was the first institutional survey to explore the celebrated Japanese artist’s immersive Infinity Mirror Rooms. Six of Kusama’s infinity rooms—the artist’s most iconic kaleidoscopic environments were put on display for the public at The Broad.
Purchasing tickets online months in advance felt like buying passes to Coachella with hour long queues, but it was well worth it. The only downside to the experience was that attendees were only allowed to enjoy each room for 30 seconds max.
