How I Optimized Coachella 2.0
A year ago, I launched my blog with *How I Optimized Coachella.* Not to toot my own horn, but it was a pretty epic post. The same game plan was taken into consideration this year: festivities + pool parties and after parties on Friday and Saturday, and Coachella on Sunday. There were so many parties to attend but too little time. Mind you that most pool parties happen from 12-4PM. The plan of attack that I devised was to hit up at least 3 pool parties and circle back to the party with the most value.
Asics started off the weekend by offering a hundred people free swag and a guided hike through the Tahquitz Canyon Trail
Complimentary Breakfast
Sadly, the event was unorganized, ran an hour late, and friends of workers had first dibs on all of the gear while others were only allowed to grab an item or two.
Luckily, my group were ninjas. We all grabbed a pair of shoes, jacket, socks, and workout clothes. We opted out on the hike so that we could stick to our schedule.
Stopping by the world famous Saguaro was a must.
Yoga sufficed for the hike

Snapchat Spectacles landing!
Ended up buying a pair for my boy, Ryan.
This was a party that I had zero expectations for, but it was something new!
We arrived 30 minutes after the doors opened were greeted with, "Sorry, we are not letting in anymore guys. Come back in an hour." Then all of these people showed up and walked in perfectly fine -_-
We got to design our very own custom bandannas, however, the printer was broken. They said that our bandannas would be mailed to our homes, but we have yet to see them =/
Tupac, the movie, swag
Friday's day parties were pretty chill, but the night party was Lit!
Saturday, the first party we hit up was perfect!
All cocktails and food were infused with Mountain Dew's new drinks. They were all tasty!
Deep Fried Mac n Cheese Ball with Cheetos
Portobello Tacos
Each room at the Motel had a different theme. They even had a room with unreleased chip flavors (Not pictured. I only snapped it)
Day 2 Stop 2
Your initials embroidered on a bandanna. I didn't grab once since the turn around time was an hour.
Hair Station
It's funny how certain brands can scream Fucboi party, but the only fucboi there was the one that pushed me into the pool fully clothed.

Cruised back to the Dew Motel to support my dude, G-Eazy!
Mr. Steal Yo Girl
Do the Dew
Once G-Eazy finished his set around 4 PM, the party was over. So we cruised back to Hypebeast to conclude out day party tour since it ended at 6 PM.
These girls were so sweet...
They gave me these awesome Australian sunglasses for taking their photo.
Peace out day parties and peace to my camera lens that broke when my wrist strap ripped off my camera
This was THE After Party to be at. Tickets were going for $100, but the event got cancelled, so we went back to the Revolt party.
Where Post Malone did an impromptu performance of *Congratulations.*
Had to go super early to get a picture with the least amount of people in the background
Another reason why the squad showed up early.
Supporting our boys, ARMNHMR
Cooling down in the Sephora tent
Bean Team!
Ended the night with the ONEUP fam.
Another successful weekend of partying and collecting as much free gear as possible.
